Prepaid Credit Card?

Well recently i have been looking into prepaid credit cards - you buy them from Woolworths/Big W for all you Aussies and i think Walmart has them too? Well i was wondering how i would buy rsgp with them seeing as i have never had a paypal account or any means to buy it before.

So yer, how/what can i do with it?

I believe you could use it with Western union / paypal and moneygram as normal credit card, or just sell it for rsgp.
