Risk of buying account PLEASE HELP!

I'm new as you can see.
I came here for help and would like advice, There is an account being sold on a website called account market, It's a level 138 with 20 99's + 102 dung and a 1Billion+Bank.

I've spoke with the dealer and he seems legit (MSN+E-mail) However I was wondering that the price is most odd...It's set at a starter price of $100-I bidded $10,500 because some automated system on the site kept outbidding me.
So I might pay him discreetly.

Dont buy the acc. You will most likly loose it and all money you spend on it. I talk from personal experiance. All accs can be recovered and every1 seems legit first.
Trust me dont buy it, you will get scammed (like 99.999%).

Accounts can always be recovered by the orignal owner. ALWAYS. No matter what. Trust me, its most likely that you will get scammed. Doesnt matter if he have recover question or email.

 

You must remember this when buy an account.

The original owner can ALWAYS recover it back, no matter how long you've had it, what information you change, and how long membership has been on it.

It's NEVER Safe.

 

Lol, Im confused may I ask how they will retrieve the account withou recoveries and email?

 

Because if they are the original owner, they have probably put recoveries and a E-Mail on the account in the past, and have taken it off recently to sell the account.

 

With orginal IP, creation date etc. He will be able to recover it when ever he wants to.

 

That maybe true however Those recoveries cannot count because they are officially cancelled and If I create new ones over it then HE cant do much?

2. That account isn't worth $10k
3. Wait for a trusted seller on sythe to sell a account your interested in if your going to buy a account at all.

 

Good idea however LOOL I'm not going to buy it for 10k I put that up because some stupid automated bidder kept outbidding me.
