Level 91, 225k tokens would be around 55M.
Leeching is skill training. There's no other way to put it. It's just a way of saying training your dungeoneering because you sit there and just leech off the other players. Hence how it got it's name.

You get tokens like this:
Every 10k XP is 1k tokens.

So if you need 225k tokens, its 2.25M xp needed.
