Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:
I can't since the person who reported be appears to be banned.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now:
No

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I used to run an RSPS and we had rules that banned RWT, since this would circumvent the store we had that would fund our advertising and developers. I genuinely at the time had no idea this was against the Sythe rules nor did I actually ban anyone myself but I accept I am responsible.

I have not run an RSPS for years. I would like to return to participate in gold trading and, subject to Sythe’s current rules, advertise the gambling platform I am developing. I understand that returning means following Sythe’s rules and taking responsibility for my conduct and any business I represent.

Since the person who reported me seems to be banned, as well as this happening 9 years ago now I would be happy to give funds into the community repayment wallet if I was allowed to return on my account. I also had all of my miniranks taken from me when I was banned which I believe were worth a fair bit at the time.

Have you fully read and followed the pardon rules and requirements in this thread?
Yes
