Runescape Email Problem

So the other day I noticed my accounts email status had randomly changed to unregistered on the login window. So today I try adding my email to it and it's saying there is already a email registered and I need to verify a code from the current email in order to change it. But I'm not getting any emails sent to the previously registered email and it says I have no email registered anyways...

 

This could either mean 1 of 2 things.

1.) Someone has hacked your account and changed the E-Mail.
2.) Your not getting the E-Mail because your not putting the right one in. Try all E-Mails you have ever made and see if it is getting sent there.

I wasn't getting E-Mails once, so I checked my Spam Folder, and that's where they were all going. Try that.

 

No one had logged in and it says no email is registered when i log in to the game but when i try to register a new one it says there is one registered so idk.

 

Well just register a new E-Mail, it will set in like 3 days after the old one expires.

 

There's a section on emails on the buying and selling accounts section. That'd sure help you out.

 

I just tried again for the 4th time and it worked, so not sure if it was a glitch or what.
