Why don't mods ever reply to pm's?

I find it frustrating as to how I want my title of my upgrade shop for rs changed but no mod will reply to my requests via pm. I pm'd a majority of them. Mods are meant to help the community arent they?

Just to clarify, are we expected to add their msn's and stuff? I added Snow Patrol about something else, But he didnt accept, and if he did and was offline for 20 hours straight then sorry.

Edit: also pm'd Karl yesterday no reply. Though Superman123321 was pretty quick about my OGV amd my other questions.

But yes i have also found that mods dont reply to PM's

i know they are busy and all but i think they could still find time for the community even if they only replied to like 10 or so

 

I had other questions bout other things but did not know that thanks. But in all honesty, mods should reply to pm's. Though I understand they have hard work but still.

 

Because I get about 20 of those PMs a day; and your PM just so happened to arrive just before I left.

Report it. I did a ton of spam reports and I do reply to alot of pm's.
