I dont see any dispute and i'm 100% sure no one is using my ip or used it before

First of all this person was tried to fool me with invalid cd key and he said he will just open an support ticket on steam becouse some one used his cd key randomly (as he said).
Second ofcourse there wont be payment if he dont present the virtual item which he like to sell
I never paid to this person becouse he never gived me the virtual item which he offered me.
Cosrob how u can denie my dispute without proofs from his sides ?
Punker report Kodak as scammer with full proofs and u denie the scammer report and hide Kodak's ass and now u are trying to make me stay banned becouse i will make Kodak banned ?

Cosrob, please DO NOT HANDLE anymore my disputes becouse obviously u cover Kodak becouse i have full proofs of that he scammed me and u making the things been covered becouse u denie all my disputes without askin for proofs for those faild reputation ruins.

This isn't very nice. Kodak's report was all chat logs which as we all know can't be used as proof. Please be kinder in the future.
