Tracking down somebody who has changed RSN?

Weird question..

Is there anyway at all to track somebody down if you know their old RSN, and they have sinced changed theirs? Or when you change your display name in Runescape, is it possible to just "vanish" seemingly?

 

Have you tried adding their old name? I remember that used to work. It may not after they have had it changed for a while =\.

 

After someone has changed their name more than once, there is no way (in-game) to track them down knowing only the original name. I don't think any external sites exist that track/log name changes either.

 

I have their last known name added, but they have changed their name and probably ignored me as well. This person owes me money (not too much), but I was just curious if there was a way to track them down. It seems impossible

 

hmm id probably say try going thru highscores with their last name that sometimes works
