Actually, I think you are the one who looks like an idiot. If you had even bothered reading the actual posts inside the threads, rather than just the fact that each title mentioned something about the "updates", then I think you would understand how pointless your posts were.

In the thread by Ruttedbeez, he is basically saying "Hey, there have been 3 updates in the past hour. What is going on here?", whereas the other guy Zorp is talking about a "hidden update" that involves pressing the "~" button and watching a cool snow effect.

Each of those seperate threads are about different topics entirely, and nobody is "wrong" in any way at all, as all we were doing was discussing the topics at hand.

For you to come in and say:

with a subsequent link to the official Runescape post about the update, is completely off topic, pointless, and irrelevant to the discussion. I don't know what you were trying to achieve by posting that same message in two seperate threads, about 2 different topics entirely, but if you were trying to achieve a repetitive, irrelevant post and therefore making yourself look like an idiot, well you definitely succeeded.

Both posts were reported as spam as well Please gtfo.

 

You didn't read into the thread because if you did you would see, where once again i'll say, is the information reguarding the WHOLE update.

Report me, thats fine. Just because you buy Finn's "how to become a moderator" doesn't mean you will be, making pointless reports and forcing actual moderators to look and see if it was even pointable spam, when not, just forces the dislikes among yourself. Postcount doesn't dictate the authority on this website, you're still a basic user.

Arguing with someone who knows what they're talking about, literally, just shows how much of an ass you are. Continue to argue your point about knowing what the update was on because until you're a Rep 2 player and or forum mod your input is pointless.

No, I did not click the link, nor read into the thread because doing so would be pointless. Your post was totally irrelevant, and it was unnecessary to waltz into this guys thread and claim that people are "wrong" and not allow them the chance to discuss the cool snow effect that he found.

He thought his little hidden find was cool, I thought it was cool, and so did a number of other people that responded. Just because you have something stuck up your ass today does not mean you need to come into his thread and accuse everybody of being "wrong" and claiming to "think they know what they are talking about".

Just for the record, I have never purchased Finn's E-book, nor am I reporting your spam in the hopes that maybe I will become a moderator. That claim is just absolutely ridiculous, and laughable. I reported your post because it was spam, and quite frankly it was also rude. Was it really necessary to post something stupid like that when everybody was just trying to enjoy what Zorp had posted?

Also, I am not arguing with "somebody who knows what they are talking about". You are still completely missing the point, which is that Zorp accidentally discovered something cool that was included in today's update which he wanted to share with the rest of us. I don't know where you get off thinking you are some superior user and have an uncontrollable desire to prove to everybody that they are wrong, rather than just letting everybody enjoy this cool little thing that Zorp found within the update.

I think you are confused too, because NOBODY IS ARGUING WITH YOU ABOUT WHAT THE UPDATE WAS ABOUT. In fact, when did even become a part of this argument? Nobody in this thread even claimed to know what the update was about, nor did anybody care. Everyone is just attempting to enjoy the cool snowy effect that Zorp pointed out.

This is the last time I will post about this, because now we are BOTH spamming and this thread is now completely off topic.

Took me ~5min for it to fill all the way to the top.

 

There isn't really much the player can do in the interface. (Think there are a few basic things though) Its mostly for JMODS and only works on their accounts.

 

Pretty interesting find. Maybe Jagex actually does care about the users.
