Pietyobbys refunding paypal balance

Hello, this is my first time reporting somebody on Sythe so bear with me.

@Pietyobbys bought my 10HP 99STR account 3 months ago, yesterday I woke up to -$160 balance and as it turns out he is trying to refund the money. Since I dont play alot of OSRS anymore I just want to screw this guy over and let others know to avoid him. All I care about is the money. I have also contacted 5 of his family members on facebook hoping they could help me resolve the balance fraud.

Funny thing I messaged some people Ive sold accounts to during the past few years. Seems like this guy scammed a very friendly guy I did business with 2 years back.

Lmao. If I had ill intentions I would have left the case open or reported it with my bank and easily receive the funds.. it was canceled when I realized no worries Sites dying for the common folk anyway. Kinda ticked me off that ya add that after its canceled I should do charge backs and exit since you want to label me as such.
