Selling Dota 2 Beta Invite for $30

I apologize for the double post - my last thread was closed because of a lack of proof, and unfortunately I also could not edit the post afterwards.

Of course, I had also posted on the wrong thread because I'm smart, so it never hurts to post properly this time.

Anyway, as the subject suggests, I'm looking to trade a beta invite for $30. Some basic ground rules:

1. I will stream the transaction. This will serve as my receipt + you can watch the transaction unfold.
2. Unless you have a significant amount of vouches, you send the money first.
3. We use Paypal as I figure it is safest for you.
4. I have no problems using a middleman.

That's about it really. Though I'm not sure if this is the best proof, here is a screenshot of the Dota 2 invite in my Steam inventory:
