Fear Gets 50 is a Scammer [PROOF]

He charged back $1.50 on me... what a noob lol.

Didn't check my paypal, then went to use it and it was negative. The pic is recent.

Why did you refuse to recover the name?

 

I didn't recover the name. I even tried to assist him to recover the name and give it back, yet it wouldn't work. Also it was $1.50 for TWO NAMES. Number one, why would I recover 1 out of 2 names, secondly, he chargebacked for BOTH of the names, which means no matter what he scammed. I did not recover the names, and I attempted to recover for him to give it back, yet it did not work.

Okay, well this is where PayPal came in. In August I was perm limited on PayPal (Due to problems with eBay, nothing Sythe related) so I can no longer use it however I can still log in and check recent transactions so I managed to find the date I sent the payment. At this point I was inquisitive and I looked to see if I could take the payment from Father 2h as I knew I’d not be able to get the money actually IRL because I’m limited but I’d rather the payment be in an unusable PayPal account then in someone’s who’s attempted to scam/frame me by recovering the names, so this is when I went and opened the case. I admit that it was dirty of me to put an ‘Unauthorised Payment’ but Father 2h in that time didn’t send me a PM regarding the case and just ignored any PM’s which I sent to him. This is the only time I have ever done of these cases on PayPal, and it is the only time I ever would when Father 2h I attempted to scam me. I know it was only a couple of dollars at the end of the day I’d rather the money not be in Father 2h’s procession for attempting to scam me.
This case could’ve been easy to resolve at the beginning if only Father 2h could have just helped me to recover the names back, but I knew he was lying because he said he was the only/original owner so he could’ve recovered the names just to help me out but he chose not to which gave me the impression that he actually did recover the names.
Please note: When I charged backed the payment via PayPal I could’ve charged loads more but I didn’t because I am not a scammer. You can ask anyone I have ever traded with about paying with PayPal and you’ll be able to see that they still have the cash in their procession.

He admits he scammed, and nowhere does he state the fact that after that message, he sent more, and I DID TRY TO HELP HIM, yet it would not recover.

Also he claims the PMs in the proof supplied by him is the only PMs he received from you; so i'd like you to prove that you sent more PMs to help it get recovered too, thanks.

 

Yes I am the original owner, but it's not off the same IP as my current one. And "he sent more" I stated, and I did try to recover it for him, but it would not work. Maybe could we get another mod checking this out, as I have all of the proof that he scammed, and nothing is being done. I didnt even recover it to begin with. I literally have proof of a chargeback, what more do you need Karl?

I tried to recover the name for you, however it did not work. It was a COURTESY for me to try and recover the name, not an obligation. I did not recover the name, and had no obligation in helping you recover. However I still try to help you out, and you chargeback on me. And no, I didn't message you, I wasn't obligated to as you were being an ignorant piece of shit, and blaming me for recovering. You charged back for TWO names, yet you think I recovered one? Idiotic to say the least. You sir, are a scammer.

 

There is no evidence to suggest at all that you tried to help him recover yet theres evidence to suggest that you couldnt be bothered, he's assumed you scammed him so he chargebacked.

And tbh; recovering '1 name' isnt that much of an irregularity, you could have been checking to see if he noticed.

 

He chargebacked, even though I never recovered? He assumed it was me, so he is just allowed to chargeback? He still scammed me! I did not recover a name, yet now I have a negative paypal. Absolute crap. "He's assumed you scammed him so he chargedbacked." Exactly, but I didn't, and either way he scammed. Especially since I never recovered and actually tried to help him.

Here it is. I created the email, "[email protected]" and I was able to recover the account via email. I took screenies of the Ip to prove I did not recover it.




Karl, if you are still reading this appeal, I would like you to compare the Ip of this screenie, to the Ip of the person that Fear sold this account to. They will likely be the same. Also, it matches the time period of when the account was sold.

I have been scammed for my money, and I even helped recover the account. I will give the password to any mod who Pm's me to return it to the rightful user. I will NOT deal with Fear, as he has scammed me. He should be banned, as I have been scammed by him. For any more questions, post or Pm.

 

So to shorten this up, I will make a sequence of events.

1. I sell 2 names to FearGets50s
2. He sells 1 name to Deevee
3. Deevee forgets his password, name was recovered
4. FearGets50s claims unauthorized paypal
5. I lose the money, and go negative paypal

There is all the proof you need to see FearGets50s scammed me, and Deevee forgetting his password is no excuse for me getting refunded on. This is ridiculous.

 

Right; To conclude.

Deevee somehow lost one name, Fear tries to contact you, WITH THE EVIDENCE SUPPLIED - it shows you to be unhelpful, because you're unheplful (you're yet to prove that you were.) He assumed you had scammed him (That is reasonable) so he recovered his money.

This situation got out of hand because one, you were being an ass, and two, Fear assumed too quickly, when in fact Deevee was the last person to have that account (IP match).

What will happen now: Fear is to pay Father2h his money back, Father2H shall give that account back to Fear to give back to Deevee, I'd like Fear to PM me proof of all that I have said above.

No-one will be banned.
