what have I missed?

Hey guys I've been gone to basic training and AIT for the army for the last 4 months and I have no idea the new updates or items on runescape if there are any? Alot of u remember me as a staker with my 99 hp 99 str 85 att 1 def 1 pray account. Also I see rs buddy doesn't work any more. So what's been new? =D

 

all bots gone sept a few sites so like rsbot,rsbuddy,powerbot ect rs wise not alot haloween event

 

RS had a few graphical updates and such.

RSBuddy went down because they couldn't update the bot. Instead, they decided to join Jagex.

Powerbot is working on the bot and they're making good progress.

SCAR has a working bot, but it sucks.

RobotzinDisguise has a perfectly working bot. They never went down during and after the bot nuke.

 

Kim Jong II has died and he is no longer mirin.
other than that nothing of importance.

 

You missed quite a couple of good stuff if I remembered.
Including a 1500%+ increase of price in fire runes. That would be saying if you had a party hat, and invested the value of it in fire runes. You would have 15x Party hats now without a hassle.

 

Runescape has a completely different look now, and there is no more botting which made prices go up. I don't believe there was anything else important that happened.

 

you guys think botting will ever come back like it was before?

 

Never like it was before, but some bots are still around and it may stay that way for a bit.

 

any dung bots? got my acc hacked a while back and lost my chaotic rapier and cls

 

This , except RsBuddy did in fact return with a new bot . Jacmob showed up at RuneFest 2011 with and JaGeX offered him a working position .

There are no known Dung bots but one is being developed for Scar / Simba .

 

prices have dropped alot now since the botting updates and also the jagex giving no free trade 2 new non members with only a 25k trade giveaway (they can recive 2B if they want but only giveaway 25k a day i think) which is really really stupid

 

The trade limit for new players is possibly the worst update I've ever seen.

Also Mage boxing has been affected by recent updates. There is now 2 new spells, Storm of armadyl is one which does not require a staff, but when it has a staff it hits at the speed of a whip, and also does alot of damage, and another which needs a staff, but does not require runes. Because of these spells mageboxing has alot more variaty than it did before, and also leaving the wand slot open has a much bigger change than it did before.
