Matching colours with coodinates

I'm really new to java but i was wondering if there was a way to match a certain colour with coordinates. I'm trying to making a really basic herblore "bot" and i have the mouse movements at the moment but I'm trying to make some antiban where the script would loop until the desired action was performed. An example being that it would keep clicking from the unf pot to the secondary ingredient until the first inventory spot contained the colours of a finished potion.

I've tried googling this but from the stuff that was vaguely what i was looking for was way too complicated for me :/ Any help would be great
