Locked account

Can you recover a locked account with little information? I did a recovery check and I was logged on while Jagex checked the appeal so they locked the account. Is there anyway to unlock it with the same information I gave them before?

 

It's quite hard, but the little information would have to be things such as first ever password, exact creation date, exact ISP and Country/State.

 

Are you sure you weren't sent an email, If you submit a recovery and it is successful your account will be locked, check your email.

Locked accounts base appeals off of details; Location of where you created the account (Country, state) the ISP used when created (AOL, Comcast, etc.) first password(s), usually 2, and when you made the account a member (assuming it is).

 

All i have is a few passwords that was recently made, recovery, and the isp. I got 2 declined emails so far.

If you don't have at least the first two your chances of unlocking it decreases significantly.

Do you know when the first time you made it a member was?

 

No I only had it for a couple days, I did a recovery check and they locked the account because i was on it.

 

The person you got the account from, did they give you the actual set of recoveries?

 

if your the maker of account add the ip address ionto the info at bottom always adds that extra bit

 

Yes but i was logged on it at the time they matched the ip from the appeal. I was pking they logged me out saying the account was locked. My ip is usa and his is uk I should have waited but I was tweaking to pk with it. the account stats own for f2p

Being on the original IP will help. But the more info you can give the better.

 

If you have very little info, don't send in any unlock appeals for at least a few months. Not a few days or weeks but actually wait a few months.

I've once unlocked my old account by only knowing a previous password and nothing else, the account was locked for years.

The longer it's locked the less info you need from my experience.

But don't go spam sending lock appeals, just leave the account alone for a long time, even though I know that's not easy to do lol.

 

It will be hard to recover as it was originally not your account and you don't have the ip address of the original owner.

 

I have the same problem been a month cannot get my account sent over 65+ appeals probably most people know and all denied sometimes even denied for no reason like you dont have enough information and stuff. try use a proxy

 

If you're still in contact with the seller from the UK, ask him to recover it because the only way you have a chance with recovering it is when you fill out the additional information you can provide them with the ISP from the UK and tell them you've moved to america.
