Raptor service Admin scam

I would like to file a complaint regarding [theone1_x] { Id: 1259881922629206088 } and his current position as staff on raptor services

This user purchased a service from me through PayPal. I fully completed and delivered the service that he paid for, and he received the service without raising any issue at the time.

Approximately three months after the service had been completed, he filed a PayPal dispute/payment recovery and successfully reversed the payment, despite already receiving the full service.

I have attached screenshots of the PayPal transactions as evidence of the payments involved.

What concerns me further is that this user is currently a staff member/administrator at [Raptor service]. We previously removed him from our community, and he subsequently became involved with this other community.

I believe Raptor service is knowingly allowing and supporting someone who has taken a completed service and then reversed the payment months later. I am therefore asking the Sythe staff to review both the user's conduct and the community's decision to continue giving him a staff position despite this incident.

Also, I don't know whom to ask for my money back right now—should it be Raptor Service, since they support him and know he is a thief?
Or who else?


I can provide additional evidence, including:

PayPal transaction records

Proof that the service was fully completed

Messages and agreements with the user

Evidence of the PayPal dispute/reversal

Any additional information required to verify the incident

I also believe he is fully aware of what happened, as he encourages such behavior.
We had dealt with this client previously—over three years ago.
It is also worth noting that the owner of the "Raptor Service" Discord server used to work for us before establishing his own server.
We dismissed him because we suspected he was poaching our clients.
After his dismissal, the client in question went to him.
When we asked, "Where did you get this client? Did you invite him?" he denied doing so.
To protect our reputation and our server, we dismissed that client as well.
Later, I saw him serving as an admin; it was very strange to see a client acting as an official in another place.


I am not asking for action based solely on my statement. I am asking Sythe staff to review the evidence and determine whether this user's conduct, as well as the support/position he continues to receive from the other community, is acceptable under Sythe's rules.

Before we proceed, I would like to clarify the facts from my side.

Involvement with Raptor Services: I was not approached or recruited by Raptor Services. Their server was publicly advertised under KE4, and I joined voluntarily to compare market prices and test their services. There was absolutely no client poaching or unauthorized inviting on my part.

Removal from Lava's Services: The exact reason for my sudden removal remains unknown. The only context I received was from Baxen, who stated that Lava does not like his customers holding admin positions in competing servers. Ironically, Lava was actually the one attempting to poach me back from Raptor Services.

Reason for the Refund: During my time in Lava's server, I put in work to earn a 10% discount role, which I intended to use. Even though Lava tried to retain me as a client, he abruptly banned me the very next day. Before doing so, he sent me nine private messages that were later removed, leaving only the word "banned." This sudden ban revoked the discount role I had rightfully earned, which is why I initiated the refund.

Resolution Terms: Raptor Services should not be dragged into this—this is strictly a matter between me and Lava Services. I am open to communication and willing to reverse the refund immediately, provided the following conditions are met:

• My Discord account is unbanned and my previous rank/roles are restored
• We reach an agreement on partial compensation for the inconvenience caused by Lava Services
• Lava Services issues a public apology to Raptor and their admins for the unfounded accusations
• If these points are acknowledged and addressed, I will resolve the financial side right away.

However, we expect the same level of fairness and accountability in return. We strongly object to any statements that damage Raptor Services’ reputation without concrete, verifiable evidence of wrongdoing on our part. Raptor Services should not be held responsible for an individual’s personal financial dispute, particularly when we have already taken the requested action to resolve the concerns raised against our server.

We have cooperated fully and expect any allegations directed at Raptor Services to be supported by actual evidence rather than assumptions or unsupported accusations.

We therefore request a clear response addressing the reputational damage caused to Raptor Services and a public correction of any misleading claims made against us without evidence. We are willing to resolve this matter professionally, but we will not accept baseless accusations against our server or its reputation.

 

Thank you for reviewing this matter. I am willing to return the disputed payment, on the following condition:

This thread is removed from the forum and, if Lava Services wishes to pursue the matter, a new report is created. The current thread contains a significant amount of inaccurate information and has moved far away from the actual issue, which is a payment dispute between myself and Lava Services only. As it stands, it unfairly damages the reputation of Raptor Services, who had no involvement in the refund.

If this condition cannot be met, I am unfortunately not willing to proceed with the refund.

I just got information that Lava Services is sending this thread to all of Raport services clients about false information. Regarding that information I will not be refunding anything and I suggest to Raptor to make another post against lava services for sending out false information regarding their services.

I would suggest reading the moderator’s comments again, as the basis for these claims is incorrect. And stop answering to my quotes as staff of sythe will decide what will be happening next.

We’re asking for your help once again, as this situation is clearly going beyond the original report. Raptor Services had nothing to do with the initial issue, yet false accusations, personal disputes, and now direct contact with our customers are being used against us. This is starting to look like a personal attempt to damage our reputation rather than resolve anything. We kindly ask you to step in and help us put an end to this.

 

I believe you want to see the full picture, not just your own perspective
It is my right to warn all my clients against dealing with this official
Also, I did not mention your server's name at all
We are warning our customers against dealing with the admin—not Raptor themselves; the details are clear in the image.
It is Raptor who has been badmouthing us; we haven't spoken ill of them or even mentioned them.
We at Lava Services have no problem resolving and closing this entire matter,
provided the thief you have as an admin returns the money he stole.
