Threads in wrong sections

Honestly it has become more and more aggravating to see this.. but now it's just so common. In almost all the market threads now there is a thread in the wrong section. Most of the time the people don't care and do their business like that! Kudos to those who edit out the post to say lock it becuase of wrong section.

For example, just a few minutes ago I was looking in RuneScape Markets > Gold Exchange > Selling to find that there were a couple threads in the wrong section. Not only that, but they made no effort/nor didn't care. People are offering their accs for sale in completely different forum areas. I'd hate to see the other thread sections spammed with different off topic threads.

Just saying, but you might wanna enforce a rule about that.

 

Report it as a spammer. And we will infract whoever puts it in the wrong section. We don't always move them because there's a lot of reports.

 

Honestly I think I'd get banned for reporting too much :huh: ... but I'll start when I see them.

 

Now you won't. If your helping us out lock threads in the wrong area isn't a problem.

 

I used to report 10-20+ threads a day that were in the wrong area, if mods are passionate about modding like they should be, they won't have a problem with it .

 

I remember when I was a mod the first time I had a member think that he would get mods mad at him for reporting things. We appreciate it alot more than having to search for a thread.

Like dj said, report the thread and a moderator will handle it accordingly. We wont be mad either
