Banned for interest in selling a scamming guide?

I consulted a moderator over PM, to ask if I was allowed to sell a scamming guide, to avoid breaking any rules.

I got my answer, and I thanked Nick.

Now I'm banned for asking? I asked to avoid breaking any rules...?

CSkiffingt1 made a game out of denying my dispute as fast as possible, so here's a my go at a high pardon.

And me "Admitting to scamming someone" is me saying that I scammed 1 guy, whom I gave his items back due to regret!

 

Fact of the matter is, you scammed, the fact that you claim to have given it back is irrelevant.

No support.

 

Unless you can prove you paid things back we can't process this.

Regardless of whether or not he paid it back, he was still going to give others advice on how to scam if he was allowed.

If the dispute part of this thread did not show enough evidence for my unban, here is a pardon:

I'm sorry, as you probably already realized, for scamming a guy ingame. I felt really bad about it, and I gave him back his stuff 10 minutes later out of remorse. The only reason I asked CSkiffingt1 about this, was to make some gold, since I didn't have it in me to scam. I was not aware that talking about scamming ingame would be against the rules, especially not over PM. For breaking this rule that I was not aware existed, I am truely sorry. I have taken pride and respect in obeying the rules of Sythe, and help support them by doing alot of reports, to aid and help the Sythe community.

I'd love to be unbanned, because Sythe is the only forum I frequent when it comes to Runescape, Sythe is my go-to-guy.
