got charged twice for membership..

okay me being cheap, i entered info to get 6 month membership via my cc at 23.95 .. even though im from australia...

on my screen, it said the payment failed.

so, i changed country to australia, and then it worked?

But when I check my online banking, theres 2 pending payments to jagex..

I've already emailed [email protected] ..

do you guys know any other way for them to reverse the order asap ?

 

Call your cc provider, they should be able to recognize that you made 2 payments by mistake and reverse one of them

 

Apparently under Australian law, I have to wait until the payment goes through before I can open a dispute to reclaim my payment.

I'm just worrying, if I do will jägex lock my account even though I contacted them?

 

I wouldn't worry about them doing anything to your account as long as they are fully aware of the situation.
