I will be back in time, hopefully with that role.

 

As a staff member, why are you choosing to censor yourself when you have a very legitimate concern? You shouldn't be fearful to speak your mind about something this important.

 

Yeah, honestly as a staff member the fact that you are using anonymous feedback is quite laughable to say the least.

We need a new admin/community leader ASAP. I encourage all staff and those experienced (govind, finn, etc) to send recommendations to sythe and matthew

irc may be different but i have received infractions and pm's from irc conversation so plz save the political b/s for some1 else. What i meant is the fact that a non-mod had the ability only mods should have on irc. Just because someone is a ex-mod he/she doesnt deserves to still have those powers. Even if its seperate from sythe. The ability is reserved for mods only i thought. I could be wrong. but continue on being u.

would like to let n4n0 kno that i love the way ur handling urself now and not lettin ur emotions get the best of u. Great Job for pretty much all the sites mods. You guys picked up the slack of admins.

The IRC is unofficial, its seperate from sythe.org, and it is owned and ran by someone else. We use the Unofficial IRC because we don't have an official one. I can tell you now that you have never received any kind of punishment on sythe.org for what you have said on the IRC.

We used to run it so that Only staff had ranks in the IRC, but frankly it was annoying and pointless. If the IRC was owned by Sythe, then the ranks would of course follow Staff.
