    Maybe you just haven't had one that good yet ;)
    (also rsgp was cheaper then and like I said, I didn't actually lose too much due to the rise before)


    No doubt that it caused the recent crash, however, I really doubt that rares will never recover. Runescape markets ALWAYS overcorrect, there will be solid profits to be made for anyone who can accurately predict the turnaround point. I've recently been considering picking up some rares sometime soon, but have not yet done so.

    No. Jagex forcefully removing large amounts of GP from the sellers is what has been causing a lot of the crashes.

    Well that is most unfortunate
    People don't seem to realize that santa hats don't rise around christmas time. This has been a phenomenon that has been going on for years. People buy hats thinking they'll rise at christmas, then come christmas they find that the hats haven't risen at all and they sell, driving them down further

    Damn dude, that sucks big time :nuts:

    10M for me is probably the same as 2B for you.. as at the time my WHOLE cashpile except for the items I had was what I invested in the herbs. I did days of research and discovered the during previous years, herbs in particular had risen by a few thousand coins each leading up to BXP weekend, and so I thought that I had a sealed deal investment that was sure to make me a good 10-20M.

    Boy was I wrong.. I remember the panic I started to feel as the weekend got closer and closer and herbs were not only BARELY rising, but they were actually DECREASING in price instead. Instead of just breaking even and selling my herbs, I was actually losing money fast lol.

    I will definitely send you a PM about your investment going on right now, just out of interest. ^_^ Thanks Pockets!
