Unfortunately, i was foolishly scammed for 5 of my santas.. I received a PM from xxGOML, which he asked to buy 5. He then added me on msn, and I offered to use an OMM, but he quickly stated he'd be happy to go first. At the time, i didn't pay attention to the fact that it was suspicious that he had to "hurry up" and that he was so willingly ready to go first, since i myself was in a hurry, having to leave in less than 10 mins. He insisted i'd meet him ingame, and as i traded him, he said he'd already paid me. I checked my paypal, no received payments. Due to my inexperience with paypal, i thought that maybe i had to accept the payment manually. I checked my email, and i had a message very similar to the one you receive when you get a payment from paypal.



It stated i would recieve my funds within 24 hours, due to some government bullshit.



Again, me being in a hurry, thought the message was legitimate, and accepted the trade. I quickly discovered the email was a fake, sent from xxGOML himself, when i returned. I feel like a fool for falling for this. :/

It's quite sad that people feel the need to earn they're money this way, from people that work hard to earn their shit. Ah well.

If anyone wants to buy my other 3 santas, i'd be willing to negotiate... But i'm not agreeing to anything without an OMM.. Or PA.

I know i should have been more careful. It was a silly mistake. I probably would have noticed it if i were in a position to take my time, but i had to leave to go somewhere within a few minutes, tried to make a quick deal, and this stupid stuff happens. Oh well. Sucks to be me to not notice such a failure scam. =|
