about moneypak

I just wounder how to transfer money from moneypak i thought is a tools to upload cash into paypal, then why is able to make trades, how? And in the forum there is a $5 fees is it true.

 

Buy the moneypak card and fill it with however much money you want. Then you can either add that moneypak to your paypal and receive the money or give the moneypak info to the gold seller and the money goes to his paypal and he gives you the gold

 

Does this method eliminate the chance of a chargeback?

 

You give the moneypak to the other person and he adds the money to his paypal. There is no transaction from you so no chance of charging back.
