ITsMeT is a scammer !!!

^ first pm he sent me out of the blue, thought it was strange seeing as i had never spoken to him before


so i added him, but he never aceepted my invite...





^^ i asked him why he hadnt added me after he contacted me...because my friends suspected soem strange activity.





^^ he made up this excuse which i knew was bullshit, because my friends had him online.












also he is a suspected scammer @ playdota forums under the name Kaiyo Kin

How exactly does any of this make him a scammer?

 

Bad section, I don't really understand your point. And I have dealt with him and I think he is trusted. Btw read rules that accusing scammer without proof is above the rules.

First of all: What friends? And what "strange" activity? Are these friend Mods? Trusted members? Who are these mysterious friends and what clout do they hold over anyone? Fail #1

I would win an award for the world's stupidest scammer if I was running around posting up screenshots with the goal of Implicating myself, don't you think?

It's simple really. I had a Dota 2 invite I was looking to sell. I saw you bought one from someone else here. Therefore, like a good business person, I "advertised" my product to someone (you) who I thought might be potentially interested in what i had to offer. Does that automatically warrant "strange" activity, automatic scam attempt, or anything fishy? No. All I did was ask a simple, harmless question to someone I thought would perhaps be interested. Didn't know that was a crime.

Well, this actually helps me out a bit. In fact, you'll find that it doesn't help you out at all. Quite the contrary. The only two people I've spoken with on MSN today were EzioIV, who has so far proven to be a reputable Sythe member (all we did was chat, no deal or anything)... and let me see, some stranger named Dota24Sale who sent me an invite on MSN and isn't even a member here on Sythe (or so they claimed). At the time the above PM was sent, I was talking with Dota24Sale. Check here http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487-page3/list-scammers/#post3678443 ; and here again: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10160383&postcount=4

If you compare the date and time stamps from when I was talking with this Dota24Sale person and when the PM's from MC Eiht and myself were sent back and forth, you can see that they coincide.

So, if you mean by having a friend who - quote, unquote - "had me online" at the time you tried to contact me, that friend was Dota24Sale; how exactly was the PM I sent - the one you personally decided to screenshot and post here - "bullsh*t" as you so assertively claim it was and seem to stand by? Wait.. So wouldn't that mean... *gasp*... I was online with Dota24Sale then? Is this the "friend" you are referring to. The non-Sythe member?

And even if Dota24Sale is not your friend... the timestamps speak for themselves. Everything matches up in my side of the story. I was online with someone else in the middle of a potential deal when you contacted me and when I sent that PM asking you - nicely - if you mind waiting until I was done talking with the person I was already talking to.

But wait. Don't worry, it gets even better...

Now, I won't link to the thread because MC Eiht has already been kind enough to do so in that last quote above this comment. If you click there, it takes you to the first page of that thread. At PlayDota, my username is - in fact - Kaiyo Kin. Now just look over the lists of suspected "scammers" and those under "investigation". My username is nowhere on that list.

But you know who's names are on it?

You guessed it: Dota24Sale... and one of the two supposed people that have vouched for him/her (Ericran). It's there in Dota24Sale's signature: http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487/list-scammers/#post3674145

There's only one other member there who has supposedly vouched for Dota24Sale on PlayDota by the name of VickzSpecs. It turns out that this VickzSpecs is also a registered member on Sythe with the same username (assuming it's the same person, and the name just wasn't "borrowed" by Dota24Sale under a different account or it's just an eerie coincidence). In one big, wacky turn of events - wouldn't you know it - VickzSpecs has also approached me today about a trade for my Dota 2 invite, this time right here on Sythe: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10161213&postcount=8 . See, now VickzSpecs could be innocent in all this. After all, on the scammer thread there on PlayDota where I talk about what happened with Dota24Sale (found here: http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487-page3/list-scammers/#post3678443 ), I provided a link to my Dota 2 invite sale thread here on Sythe; so they could be a legitimate user there and just have followed the link. It's just that it's one heck of a coincidence that I simply can't go without mentioning and too ironic to ignore.

So, I'm asking you MC Eiht (not like you'd admit it): Is Dota24Sale this "friend" you lay claim to that supposedly had me online when I sent you the "bullsh*t" PM?

Also, I just joined PlayDota yesterday. I joined because of this giveaway: http://www.playdota.com/forums/549077/playdota-beta-key-draw/ . Never once have I ever posted any indication that I have a Dota 2 invite for sale thread with Sythe on there. Here is my own Profile page: http://www.playdota.com/forums/members/kaiyokin/ . Just go down to where it says "show all statistics", then click on "Find all post by Kaiyo Kin". It will show everything I've ever done on there since joining.

So, MC Eiht... I thank you kind sir for making this a most eventful day for me. It really has been an interesting one to say the least. Now I'm done trying to defend myself against empty accusations; so until you have something that proves what you decided it was okay to title this thread or you have an apology you'd like to offer in "public" by posting it here so everyone can see it, I'm done with you and I'm done with this whole matter. So go ahead and send all the Mods you can muster to run an IP check or whatever else it is you feel you need to say to help you sleep better at night or to try to bully and threaten me. I have nothing to hide and I'm not threatened. Why?

Because I am legit. I am who I say I am. I am about what I say I am about. And there's nothing more to it. Let this be a lesson to you: Be careful what slander you haphazardly throw around with regards to other people's reputations. People who are legit can usually back it up and have nothing to hide. I am one of those people. Today, my friend - you picked the wrong one.
