How much are you off a VPS?

 

I've told you this in game, but I'll repeat for everyone else too:

We've had two donations for $5, and the VPS we're working towards is $50 dollars for 3GB. So we need another 40 dollars for a month.

A very long time hopefully.

 

Yes, I see no reason to shut it down in the near future. We may experience periodic downtimes because it's hosted on my laptop, but I am usually able to get it back up within the hour.

 

Server was hit with griefers, the damage is minimal thanks to quick reports and my protection plugin. If you haven't had your plot already protected, please let me know and I'll do that for you. If your building was messed with, I'll help you rebuild it with WorldEdit. Whoever it was didn't get too far before I got to them, so all the buildings messed with have minimal damage

 

The builds are pretty nice!

Greifing website? Where did you find it

 

I didn't, I was speaking with a griefer after taking away his building permissions, and he told me about it. Forgot to ask for the URL before I banned him

Damn that sucks. Server is offline btw. You should restore the old permissions. (new members not allowed to build until confirmed by an admin).

 

The permissions are as they used to be, if you're helping a new user, make sure the're away from spawn center to test building permissions, there's a lot of protected regions near center

I need to find time to clean up protected regions, there's a lot of old ones on empty lots, and overlapping ones etc. but now isn't the time, what with our griefer issue atm:/ lol

 

No, I ment restore the completely original settings. (New players are not allowed to build)

 

Oh I see what you mean. I suppose I could divide the default class into "default" and "approved", only difference being the bpermissions.build node.

I'll have to investigate a way to making sure there's an operator there at all times in order to grant building permissions when needed, otherwise new legit users, as rare as they are, would just come and go as they realize they can't build.
