Wow... two people making false claims in a single day. Coincidence? Guess I gotta oust you too, huh.

Well, don't say you didn't ask for it. :)

EDIT: Here's the first guy... some user named Dota24Sale on PlayDota forums:
    http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487-page3/list-scammers/#post3678443

EDIT #2: Now it's your turn, MC Eiht :)

While in the middle of talking with that person mentioned in Edit #1 (Dota24Sale), I receive a PM from MC Eiht. I get instant email notifications for PM's here and replies to threads I'm subscribed to and my email is tied to my phone, so I know exactly when someone sends me anything or posts in a thread I'm subscribed to. So I check it (in the middle of talking with Dota24Sale on MSN and Steam Chat), and here's what I find:

By the way, take note of the time stamps in these PM's and cross reference them with the MSN and Steam Chat screenshots of Dota24Sale uploaded to the PlayDota forum thread I linked above. All this was happening simultaneously. I couldn't answer MC Eiht's PM right away. I was in the middle of a potential deal. Not a crime, right? Anyway... So, finally, about twenty minutes or so later, here's what I PM back to MC Eiht:

So, a little while later he PM's me back:

Now at this point, the deal with Dota24Sale has already gone sour. So during this time, I'm actually assembling the evidence and posting the whole ordeal with Dota24Sale on this thread: http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487-page3/list-scammers/#post3678443 . You'll also notice that the thread starter in the OP actually names Dota24Sale as a scammer well before I ever made my post or had the (unfortunate) opportunity of meeting this person. So, I was busy dealing with that. During this time, I don't hear from MC Eiht again, until he posts the comment above in this very thread: http://sythe.org/showpost.php?p=10160373&postcount=2 . Also note that the person named Dota24Sale has now threatened in a reply to my post on that thread that I "will be banned on Sythe soon": http://www.playdota.com/forums/596487-page3/list-scammers/#post3678587

After that I start receiving PM's from MC Eiht like this one:

    MC Eiht To Me

So now all of a sudden, MC Eiht is claiming I will be banned, and I've never even dealt with the guy before, other than those few PM's from before this one. Also, he throws out the unwarranted and unproven claim that my vouches are fake. Nice. I don't have my vouches in quotes on a post I made. Those are all individual vouches from actual, registered members here with vouches and reputations of their own. How does one even begin to fake that, I would like to know, MC Eiht? Last I checked, I wasn't THAT good. These claims and threats also coming from an individual (MC Eiht) who has a blatant Trade With Caution icon right under their username. Fishy? You be the judge.

So - not taking very kindly to the PM he sent - I replied:

That's the last thing I sent to him. He sent me one more PM after that:

So... All I'm asking is check my vouchers. Ask the people I've traded with. And note that this claim is coming from a guy I've never even dealt with before who obviously already has infractions of some kind, or else he would have the whole Trade With Caution thing linked to his username. I personally have enjoyed my stay here thus far and plan on being on Sythe as an asset to its community for a LONG time to come, under this very username, with nothing but a solid, clean track record to show for it. So, I'm sure that with all the shady, dishonest individuals that like to lurk around here, this won't be the first time someone will try to tarnish my reputation without anything to back it up. But, I just want you - MC Eiht - to know that you have the pleasure of being the first one I personally shut down. And I'd like to thank you for that. :)

Remember - just because I'm new around here doesn't mean I was born on my join date. I'm not an idiot.

... and you've targeted the wrong one this time, I'm afraid.

Good luck to you in the future in whatever it is you choose to do with your time on this Earth and Have a nice life! :)

Just leave me out of it.

Fine with me. I've got nothing to hide ^_^ .

Yes, I sent you the PM... yesterday:

To be completely honest with you, I totally forgot I even sent that. Seriously. I never heard back from you regarding this matter.... until today. So do forgive if I simply moved on and forgot about it because I didn't think you were interested. You didn't give me any other reason to think otherwise.

And you never replied with a post or a PM here on Sythe (I'll get to why that is important later). If you simply added me, how was I supposed to know? Forgive me if I didn't get it right away, but now I'm under scrutiny all because I didn't accept an invite I knew nothing about? Besides, that Dota24Sale person got to me first.

I had 4 separate invites this morning from people that never even posted in this or any of my threads or sent me PM's. I accepted two of the four; which is still more than I should have considering I didn't recognize ANY of the people who sent me invites. And - let's be honest here, theoretically speaking - so what if a person doesn't add you right away? Since when is there something wrong with that? Now I'm "dodgy" and people must "trade with caution" when dealing with me, when you and I never even had the opportunity to talk with one another about anything, other than those PM's you sent. If I accept every invite on MSN and I have nothing on Sythe (or any other forum) showing me that someone was interested in something I may have, how am I supposed to know I can trust that person out of the blue. Look what happened with Dota24Sale for instance. Never met the person or known of them before in my life. They're not even (or claimed not to be) a Sythe member. They simply found this thread browsing around online (somehow), added me on MSN, and all of a sudden they're chatting with me in MSN about selling them a Dota 2 invite but I have to go first. All this while we're in Steam Chat and they can plainly see that I'm legit and have the item in my inventory. I didn't have anything to go by other than they were a member of PlayDota and supposedly had 2 vouches there from members who joined yesterday - just like Dota24Sale did - and have a 0 post count. That's what I mean about if you simply added me, but didn't bother to PM here or post in the thread, I'm just supposed to blindly accept all incoming invites. And I swear that I honestly just simply forgot that I sent you that PM yesterday. I don't even remember the names of the two invites I ended up declining. I just did it, because not one of the 4 people who invited ever PM'ed me or bothered to post in my thread.

I'd gladly submit to an IP check from an admin or moderator. Like I said, I have nothing to hide. In fact, I would like for one of them to add me as a friend in Steam to verify my Inventory and that I legitimately have the item I'm offering. Other than that, all I see was a case of miscommunication that happened here. There's no need to jump up and make accusations about a person all because we shot a total of three or four PM's back and forth and couldn't find an opportunity to meet up. I contact sellers multiple times. Sometimes they are simply not available. And I understand this because people have lives and need to sleep sometimes outside of Sythe  I simply wait until they're available and we can talk. I don't just automatically start posting in their threads that they are "dodgy" or threaten them with bans (like you did).

All you had to do was contact me again, asking if I could please add you. I apologized and everything in my PM to you and kindly asked you to allow me to finish until I was done talking with the other person. Then, as you can see, I had problems with that other person I had to deal with immediately afterward. So, honestly, no one did anything wrong here. It was simply miscommunication. But now it's been blown out of proportion because you decided to jump to conclusions about me without giving me a chance. And that is what I think is unfair.

The problem here is that you are making all these unverified claims and just loosely throwing labels around about a person you've never even dealt with yet. And best of all, you feel it's acceptable to do this without furnishing or even bothering to try to say you have proof of anything I did wrong. All I'm asking you do is think about it. Look at my vouches. Talk to the people I've traded with. That's all it takes. When it comes to you and I, we simply couldn't find a time to sync up and chat. Beginning and end of the story. Not what you've now made it out to be.

No, thank you, Vickz :) I sincerely appreciate the generous offer, though. The only reason I am looking for a buyer via PayPal is because I was hoping to scrounge together a little extra money for Christmas presents for the family. But I do want you to know I appreciate it, because that game looks really sweet and I wouldn't mind owing it. In fact, I'd probably be playing the Dota 2 myself now if I didn't need the money.

Anyhow, off-topic, do you think it would be out of the question or inappropriate to ask if you would mind perhaps adding me to your Steam friend's list just so someone here can verify that I actually and legitimately do have a DOTA 2 gift available in my inventory for trade? I know it's asking a lot. But in light of everything, I'd like to at least prove that much. I could PM you my Steam Profile ID.
