Help Me Improve

I didn't get a single reply in 24 hours on the other board so I'll bring my problems to the far superior Runescape General

I want to be a genuinely good pker. I'm learning the switches, the hotkeys, the food/pots/weapons already.

What I need is some advice on how I should change my stats. They are as follows:
Attack: 90
Strength: 99
Defence: 83
Hitpoints: 94 (will hit 95 after magic training)
Magic: 87 (will be 94 in fourteen days)
Prayer: 70

I am combat 114 with these stats. Please give some advice on how to change my stats to maximise my chances of winning fights. Thanks in advance guys

Procceed for 99 str 99 attk

obtain 95 prayer
94 magic

Learn how to hyrbrid before you think your good at pking

One person recommends I remain at 83 defence, the rest recommend getting to 99? Anymore opinions on this?

you are pretty close to max combat, so that's what i'd do, then go to clan wars or something and mop up

 

To be honest, I'd either start a new account, and work on that. OR. I suggest you get 99 att, 99 def, 99 magic. Because, normally, you will be pking in 10+ wildy, which, right now, you would get wrecked by 120s. Or, if you are more of an edge pker. I suggest you keep your att and def where it is, and get to 99 magic, and try to hybrid in lower lvl wildy. Your account is VERY similar to mine, cept I have 99 ranged 99 magic, so I just hybrid range/mage. Good luck.

 

Short term? Piety works. The thing is most people have 95, so they are going to have a strong advantage.

Either way, get 94 Mage.

 

Get 95 prayer and 94 magic before you do anything else. Honestly after that you should work up to 99 defense pking all the way

 

hope that helped^ or just prayer to 95 for turmoil, and 94 mage for barrage.. You can farcast and what not/deep wildy pk, so your cb won't matter much.

 

I did a bit of pking today and got a couple of kills. I now realise the importance of vengeance in getting kill combos.

I'm still unsure of changing my defence level. If I get 99 attack, 99 strength, 90 prayer, 98 HP, 94 magic I'll be 121 combat. Which means that I can fight 116s in the spot I will be pking. However, if I decide to go dharoking in edgeville I'll get butt-pumped. What should I do?

 

would recommend getting maxed cb as ppl who are maxed will be in ur cb range at hybridding spots

 

Level out your defence to 85.

Keep your attack where it is.

Get Korasi, maybe go for turmoil if you have enough money.

After that, you should be ready for PK trips as long as you're 94 mage with veng.

 

Definitely learn to hybrid. The skill is invaluable!
