For those that don't want to read the whole thing (ugly format because it's C+P from MSN Messenger) I will do a quick rundown. At first I said alright because he pointed out he's been a member for 6 years with zero scam reports. Then I noticed he only has 5 vouches so I thought 5 vouches in 6 years just isn't good enough for me. Any legitimate seller would have no problem going through a middle man, so I decide to offer a MM that has a TON of vouches (600+ if I remember right) and is a $200 donator so he's obviously not going to scam either of us. I even offer to pay for the MM if he charges for the services and Yeha promptly denied all offers.

He said that he has no problem with a middleman VERIFYING the key (which we both know is impossible through Steam) but that he wouldn't have his key registered without money in hand. I continued to tell him that there is absolutely NO difference because if he just 'verified' the key then I would register it anyway and the middleman already has my money. So there is absolutely NO difference between verifying and registering when going through a middle man but he continued to deny making the trade. Obvious scammer is obvious. Anyone that's that unwilling to go through a middle man for a quick $60 is obviously not a legitimate seller. Beware buyers.

you're reasoning makes no sense man.. if the account is 100% verified then you should have absolutely no problem going through a trusted middle man. YES your key will get registered before your paid but he will have MY money before I have your account as well so if the account registers then you get the RSGP. If you're not comfortable with that then you're going to have to give me an hour or two
to think about it .. I just find it shady when people aren't comfortable going through a middle man.
