Unbanning

I've heard a lot of people claim it is possible, I've recently had a level 80 main banned for botting (before the nuke) and I'm wondering if there are any ways that will help me get him back when I send an appeal? Or is that just a myth?

 

Post on the BAR thread ( Banned account reinstatement ) They say they don't unban macroing offenders but i had 3 x acc unbanned .. Gl

^ What this guy said. To elaborate further, there is a specific thread on RS forums called "Banned Account Reinstatement", or "BAR". If you post there, there is a chance that Jagex will select you to have your account unbanned for a small fee (something like $20 I think), and your stats/items will most likely be rolled back if it was a macroing ban.

How do you know if they deny or accept it?

 

I believe they send you a message via the in-game messaging system.

 

Oh, well as I don't have PayPal, and I'm not looking to spend $20 when I could just buy a new account with better stats for cheaper than that, are there no other ways?

 

You could try E-mailing Jagex, but it'll take at least 6 months or so before they reply. :/

It's actually quite hard to get unbanned i've trained :s

 

Its not very easy at all to get unbanned for macroing, try emailing them, if not try posting on the BAR thread.

I have one account that has been unbanned but I need to pay the fee's, which I'm not willing to do.
