Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
Im appealing because TONS was rigth on something, i didnt do that work, i delegate it to a friend, and i truly believe on him that he didnt steal that money, and i still do it, thats why i was really defensive about it, and thats why in the proof that i posted, i said that i didnt recall the RSN of the account. After reading about the proof that they have against me, i talked about it with my friend, and we got to the conclussion, of why they have a log of "me" loggin in the account after the service was done, was probably because the account remains open in background in another Windows User, the another Windows user was the way they taught us to open multiple Jagex Launcher, but when we go to the other Windows user, and the customer hasnt closed session or changed their password, the account is still there, that is something that we normally see, cuz when we have to take another job in that profile, and the acc is still there, we have to close it, but now i heard that the customer never changed their password.
My friend still claims that he DIDNT steal anything, and i believe in him, also, i think that situtations like these, were the reason why there are more workers that got expelled in the same way, without telling them anything, just claiming that they have "proofs" of they doing it
I dont know if that's enough to prove any innoccence, and ofc im responsible for delegating that job and letting this happen, but, we can negotiate the TWC?, cuz, i cant apply on servers were i have to post my Sythe profile with that warning in my profile, my friend isnt doing jobs for me anymore now that we know the risks that it, can you pls consider it? ill do what is neccesary to clean my name
I have to appeal, because the TONS of xp TOS didnt have anything against delegating jobs to other people, and their accusation is not me delegating jobs, their accussation is me taking the wealth of an account, i accept that i delegate the job, but i dont accept their accusation of pointing me as a thief, just because the account sat there in the backgroung for who knows how long, just because the customer never change the password (this last accordingly what they say in ther proof)

Anything else you wish to say: I DINT stole anything, if i wanted to, i could have do it before with any of the account that i worked on almost a year there, also, the owner of the server even offered to lend me money for an really expesive UPS when we had power problems in Venezuela, but i said NO, if im a thief, why i didnt stole the money that time? I dont know how much money that account that they claims had, but i dont think an account that ordered to do revenant have something to be paired with the money offered for the UPS, and be worth of my deposit, and the work of the friends i refer there imgur.com
