Disputing ban

Hello, I was banned on "addsdiceclan" for a fake scam of me scamming 2 partyhats. The video was a joke between me and levi (heystupid) he was my co owner of the dicing chat. We were in a skype call while the whole thing happened. Originally he confirmed that it was fake like shown in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ygo7GH8AePU&feature=channel_video_title
he's now attempting to call it a scam. Because I banned him for scamming 900m shown in this video here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LHFggp0zNRE
In a runescape dice game. This video is not only fake but from mid august.

I Also just did a trade with kinaesthic where he trusted me with 500m trade.

 

I support this, and it is correct that I have done a 500M trade with him afterwards.
He's a trustworthy guy and he bought many, MANY graphics from me before, I've talked to him a ton of times and I don't see that this could be correct..

1. Why I was banned? I was banned because of a 2 month old fake scam it was a joke between me and my ex co owner.

8. DON'T YOU FIND IT ODD THERE'S ONLY 1 VIDEO OF ME SCAMMING? IF I WAS A SCAMMER THERE WOULD BE MULTIPLE I GET TRADED BILLS EVERY SINGLE DAY I HAVE OVER 20B 1B IS NOTHING TO ME.

I'm fine with an unban. Any other opinions.

 

Absolutely not. Unless you can provide some undeniable proof that no scam took place, other than videos that could have easily been staged, then no.
