R2P = Chinese workers?

I just wanted clarify that R2P claims everyone that works for/with him resides in the US/Canada and "speaks fluent English".

That is false. I just got a phone call regarding my small order, and I could hardly understand a single word from this woman's mouth.

The call came from Escondido, California.. So it was inside the continental US, but damn, the accent on this lady was insane.

She could have been sick and it fucked her throat up, you never know. Unless there was a clear foreign accent.

Immigrants do live in the US, but, the fluent part I could see not being true.

Yes, that's is not the point. Did I ever, at any time, say that I was upset regarding the fact that I did not receive my order? No.

No she was foreign no doubt (HEAVY Asian accent). 110% positive on that. It's just weird, to me, I guess.

Like I said, I don't want to make a huge deal, I was just wondering why.

 

You're reply is a contradiction to your action. If you weren't trying to make a big deal out of it, you would've either pursued one of two options.
A) Choose to ignore it and continue on with your life
B) Pm him about it
There is no reason why you should make this a public discussion, if you were truly wondering why the person had an Asian accent, you would've asked the person that would hold the answer, R2P himself.

 

No - A big deal would be throwing a bitch-fit and freaking out. I am doing neither, I'm just asking, lol.

He has more important things to deal with (I would assume). I highly doubt he will answer a PM. The reason to make it a public discussion is to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. Consequently, if he happens to see this thread he might reply.

I don't get it, if you don't have anything nice to add then why even reply? Your post was beyond pointless. Why do most of the people on this site act like a hero for giving a response?

It seems like you're simply verifying R2P's claims. The woman resides in the U.S. and she speaks English. Also you got what you paid for

Lol, there are thousands, perhaps even millions of people who live in the US and have accents and/or speak other languages.

R2P said that his workers reside in Canada/United States and if this lady lives in California, then that statement would be true. Even though she had a thick accent and R2P claims all his workers "speak fluent English", the point is that she was obviously able to speak English well enough to understand YOU (the customer), and was able to complete your order.

So I guess we come to the conclusion that R2P has a woman with a thick accent who works for him out of California, US.

The ethnic background of R2P's assistants has nothing to do with where they reside.
