How they scammed:
I used to play on here for a bit a while ago before they had a new owner, i was good with the previous owner, Dave.
He sold the site to someone else, and i recently came back to the site when my IRL friend asked if i wanted to watch him play and i asked him if he could borrow me something and sent me a tip on the site.
I shortly after won a big amount from a bonus on a slot, and kept on playing for a bit until i tried to cash out my balance.
It took a while, while his was approved within 10 minutes. I was waiting hours, and randomly it got cancelled and said my account is locked and had to contact them on Discord.
There they kept ignoring me after i showed them all the proof they need and keep closing my tickets.
The reason was because my IRL friend gave me some codes a while ago before he quit for a period of time gambling, he was banned for this, and not long after he told them the reason unbanned again.
I used them and tipped the money from it to him wich was only $8, that was beginning this year.|
The only time i got a reply was the first time when the site told me to contact on discord, and they called me out for things i never did, and use this as an excuse to just ban people and steal their balance.
Other promo codes are open for everyone to claim in their discord after u wagered the required amount.
But the balance i tried to cash out i won from the tip from my IRL friend, and the codes were used from the $500 Wager amount to redeem, after i already tried to cash out the won amount.

Now i got removed from their Discord and unable to contact at all.




All this, only for my own money i borrow from my IRL friend, and shortly won on that slot as shown.
Nothing earned or won from using a promo code,

Used in total over all the time i played on the site only 10 codes, where 6 of them were from
completing the $500 wager requirement, and the codes redeemed are in their discord channel.

and the other 4 were from my friend that sent me them as shown, that were apparently private codes, u only get when u are a certain rank on the site.

Wich he didn't tell me about, but this was a long time ago already.

The amount i tried to win, was earned legit.
They decide to ignore me after i showed all the screenshots from it.

As u can see clearly, im not claiming codes every week and nor do i have time to sit there all day, i don't play often and the last time i played before i won this amount was 4 months ago.

I always deposited myself when i played aswell.

So.. How is it possible to sit there and claim codes every week as he mentioned.

Hi Zora, Thank you for your reply.

I indeed have proof of those things, if you take a clear look at the Transaction feed from 1 to 6 pages.
U see times and dates when those codes were claimed etc.
U see I won that big amount on the slot i posted a screenshot of aswell, very shortly after I recieved the Tip from my friend.
The supposed codes this was about was the named codes that were redeemed back in January.
The latest codes I claimed (after i already won the amount i had pending for withdrawal) where those codes available to claim for people that wagered the minimum amount of $500.

I'm not a code claimer or a leech, I actually enjoyed the site alot more over many other casinos I tried and played on.
And I could understand his perspective as I haven't been active a for a while on DuelGP.

The tips I recieve are mostly only from my IRL friend and are not actually tips but we either play together and split 50/50 or he sometimes borrows me or just being generous after he wins a big amount, I do the same to him as u see i tipped him back right away a couple times.

I do hope this will get solved and I can continue to be part and play on DuelGP.
I just took a break from gambling with my IRL in general as I also have a family that I need to take care of and can't always afford to gamble.

 

Also in the chat log, that I've posted of my win on that slot was at 03:20 AM, the codes i claimed later on from the $500 wagers, were claimed at 06:20AM if you check it.

I tried to cash this out shortly after I also won something on Keno. Time of Withdrawal 3:51AM


Then I waited over around 3 hours and it got canceled. ( amount: $540 )
In the mean time I redeemed the $500 Wager codes I earned from playing wich means i was not even able to claim those codes if I didn't won that amount.
Then I won a little extra on top of the $540 I already had and tried another Withdrawal and from there I got locked from my account.
