Uploading

I am trying to up load a 6G file and I can not find free sites to upload a file this big. Is there any site that will allow me to upload a file this big for free? I will also need to download it too.

 

This might be a stupid question, but can you split the file up into pieces and Megaupload it? (1 or 2G max I don't remember).

 

Are you doing this on two different computers? It could get messy but I guess you could try using P2P file sharing.

Also as Matt0076 said, try any file uploader while splitting the file into multiple parts. My favorite file storage/sharing service is mediafire.

Can't break the file up. I don't think I'm going to be able to find a free provider that allows anything larger than 2G at a time. I guess a torrent site would work.

 

You can turn it into a torrent file, seed it, and send the .torrent to a friend.

You could also try splitting the file up with winrar

 

what type of file is it? If its a file that needs to be downloaded...then you should just use hjsplit/winrar and then upload it...
