Purple GP / Services confirmed botting services

Explanation of the trade: Had a pure built from scratch, fully maxed, dt2 etc. spent hundreds of dollars on this account with Purple, turns out their service providers bot services, in 2026. Also got me a mute prior lmao
How they scammed: Account instant perm'd, dm'd owner (discord shown above) for some kind of explanation or resolution, was left of read and removed from server.

UPDATE: Another account banned for botting after Purple completing infernal. Purple continuing to blame IP, despite that service being on an account I have never logged in on myself.

First of all, I believe he is simply trying to damage my reputation, as I have been responding to all of his messages up until now.

Secondly, he was never kicked or banned from our server. He left voluntarily, and we have evidence to prove this. You are more than welcome to join our server and verify this yourself. https://i.imgur.com/gf2dEDf.png

Thirdly, our Terms of Service clearly state that we are not responsible for any bans that may occur on customers' accounts. Furthermore, his service was completed some time ago, and two different workers were assigned to his two accounts.https://i.imgur.com/PEgwDzY.png

Furthermore, his most recent order was completed some time ago. I do not believe I should be held responsible if he subsequently used bots on his accounts or hired another service provider whose actions may have resulted in these bans.

I believe the issue may be on his end, as we have never encountered a situation like this in our server before.

 

Your only responses have been dodging and leaving me on read - saying you are "investigating" this. i.e. asking your workers if they botted, which they will reply no to, end of investigation? Why are multiple accounts on different IP's getting banned from your services?

 

And now Purple is refusing to resolve via DM's.
I am in no way attempting to damage Purple's reputation, simply seeking explanation and possible resolution as to why multiple thousand dollar accounts on different IP's (literally a different country) are getting nuked, shortly after being serviced by his discord.
I would hope that someone who runs a server so busy can respond better than this.
