What would be a good place for me to buy RSGP from? [No PayPal, PA, or Visa]

I'm running a bit low on RSGP at the moment, and I'm wondering what RS Gold Selling site would match my limited options of buying some.

I've got no PayPal account, no PlayerAuctions account and since I'm underage no acces to a Visa card. What could you recommend me?

Are there any -LEGIT- sites out there that accept one or more of the following payment methods?:
-PaySafeCard
-Ukash
-SMS/Phone
-Maestro (debit card)

Also, does anyone ever bought from IGVault? http://www.igvault.com/
They seem to accept PaySafeCards, so that's a big plus I guess.

[My PA account got locked for some reason, so yeah - that's pretty shitty since they accepts debit cards..]

I would sell RS upgrades here if I were you, that should be the easiest way with your options.

 

With upgrades, do you mean membership? Or what?
How exactly would that work?

you can buy upgrades for people using your sms and then sell it to them for like 8-12m each.

 

I sell GP via mail/cash if you're interested. That's always an option.

 

You can always do Moneypak. It's like this card which you can put money into when you pay at the cash register of a store. It cost 5 dollars to put any amount between $25-500 (i think)

Just go to CVS, or any convenience store and buy one. You can then sell that to a trusted gold seller.

Unfortunately, here in Belgium they don't sell these Moneypaks - would be a good alternartive otherwise.

RS upgrades might be an option, though it would get pretty pricey after some time. But I'll be sure to keep it in mind.

Anyways, I asked around a bit, and IGVault seems to be a legit gold selling site - pretty cheap prices as well, so I'll most probably go that route.

Buy those rs membership cards at a store and sell them here for gp.

Or get an older friend to pay through WU for you.
