Why do you play minecraft?

Do you like to create buildings? Do you like to survive against harsh conditions? Why do you play minecraft?

 

I first started playing for the survival part. A group of friends I have shared a server and it was all legit it was so fun, that was what I played for. With the introduction of creative mode all I do now is just build awesome things and make huge cities. I still enjoy survival as well though, playing legit survival is much more fun with friends.

 

It's fun in creative mode to build anything you could possibly imagine. Also TNT is what makes the game fun =DDDDD.

 

Haven't played for a while, but I absolutely love the freedom that the game offers. No other game can parallel the freedom and possibilities that minecraft offers.

Autodesk Revit Architecture is too damn complicated

 

I play it when I don't have anything else to play, and with MW3/BF3 and AC:R coming out this month I haven't been on Minecraft much.

 

I don't really know...I guess I like the idea, generally.
I really like shooters, mostly third person, I like the Grand Theft Auto series, but Minecraft is just...something special that I like to play when I'm kinda bored. It's fun building stuff, and doing all these adventures. (sounds gay ) Eh.

 

I like building stuff. The survival is kinda meh TBH

 

I play it out of boredom. It just gives me something to do.

 

Explore caves, build large structures on the sides of mountains.

 

Building redstone/piston creations in creative mode. Also experimenting with the new spawn eggs.

 

I just play when I'm really bored. All I do is build stuff, I don't even play online.

 

Pvp is what makes me play minecraft. Lol it might seem crap but its actually fun!

 

Pvp, I love having to build your base and make your factions and then duel against other players, its fun! Thats the only part i like about the game, even though only some servers offer that. Single player is boring..

 

Thats why i love minecraft in a paragraph.

 

To relax believe it or not!

Until a mob comes, I find the game very relaxing, especially the music. Also I love to work on projects and discover new caves.

 

Exactly! If there could be a mass 500+ players on a faction server and there were wars and raids, it would be amazing, its the adreniline rush of knowing you might be being watched, or when your stalking someone and your about to find that massive base, or even just fighting in masses. Pvp is amazing and i think mojang should put more emphasis on it, because survival and buildings things isnt enough. I mean in pvp, you can build castles and things, but we should be able to build weapons, such as legit cannons (not the ones you can make) i mean actual legit blocks, and have more powerful weapons; but players have more hp.
