Girlfriend Christmas Present.. No money.

I actually do have something that would be really unique and out of the ordinary for this... Go google a company called the "silver jewelry club". They offer sterling silver jewelry for free [except shipping (and a necklace chain upgrade might be extra)]. The pieces are very small, but they are unique... In summary it's under your budget and would be shocking for her (just don't tell her how much you spent on it).

 

Well, this is something I'm giving my ex girlfriend (and still currently my best friend), I painted her a picture. She's a very good artist, and I'm pretty terrible, particularly as I haven't painted anything in years, but I put thought in to it and it's something she'll likely both appreciate and laugh at, which is nice, haha.

I'm also wanting to make her some sort of small but personal accessory, but I have yet to find suitable materials. I'm thinking something maybe to do with guitar strings, but I can't quite figure out how I'm going to pull it off.

With gifts it's the personal side of them which counts. Find or make something that's not necessarily expensive, but is still reminiscent of your memories with her, or something you know she'll love and appreciate. As for what you're going to do about that, it's up to you. You're the only one who knows your girlfriend on this site (well, I should hope so~).

Just get a romantic evening, buy a 5$ bottle of massage oil, give here a goooood massage, and you still have 35$ left to spend on something else

 

You want a good Christmas present with very little money?

Find out what she wants that isn't extravagant - even asking her won't deter this methods effectiveness.

Then, proceed to get a big box (be realistic and make sure it's nice). Get 4-8 (depending on how patient she is) smaller boxes (make sure they're nice). Fill those small boxes some weight but essentially, nothing will be in those boxes. Try fill the gaps in as realistically as possible so you don't have small boxes sliding around in the big box. I forgot to mention, in those small boxes, leave a small note blatantly visible inside it so she can see it once she opens it, something like : 'Try again', 'Wrong one' will suffice.

Now that you've done this, have her 'find' the present. The present won't be in that box and when she queries as to where it is, simply pull the real present out from wherever and give it to her.


So long as your girlfriend has a sense of humor and is somewhat patient, this will work wonders. If she doesn't have a sense of humor, it may not work as well.

 

Well it's obvious girls like jewelry, but for your price range just buy her flowers and take her out to dinner. And tell her not to get you anything ahah.

 

Well we don't know your girlfriend, her tastes, likes ect, maybe it's YOUR brain you should be using, afterall its 'the thought that counts'.

 

Even though this is kind of a different concept, this reminded me of something me and a few of my ex-gf's friends did for her a few years ago. They found this GIANT box, and we brought it home to her house and set it up in the living room while she was at work. I climbed inside wearing a bow tie + Santa hat and had to squat down while they wrapped it comepletely with giftwrapping and but a giant bow on it.

They cut me a tiny little hole so I could breath, and all I had to do was wait until she came home lol. They greeted her at the door, told her they had a surprise from her so she came upstairs and her whole family gathered around to watch her open this giant box...

Next thing you know, she tears off the wrapping paper, I jump out screaming HO HO HO MEEERRRRRRY CHRISTMAS!!!, she shrieks in terror and drops her purse, everybody laughs and start snapping pictures, and I climbed out and picked her up in my arms and paraded her around the house while everybody was laughing and taking pics.

It was funny shit. Oh how i miss dem timez :'( EDIT: Gift was completely free too, that the genius part of it. She loved it.

 

You can buy a whole lot with 40 dollars.. Hit up 5 a dollar store or something.

No but seriously if you know certain things that she likes like movies / music / candy / etc, or think about something that can also benefit you, like make her coupons for like a bull body massage or something, will usually lead to a happy ending which is a win win.
