[PC] - Purchasing Accounts on PA. Risky, or worth it ?

I've found a decent account listed on PA that I am concerned about the price. Its listed @ $250.00 for the following.

Combat level-136.
99 Attack
99 Strength
99 Defence
99 Magic
95 Pray
86 Range
85 Dung

8 Abby whips.
1 Amulet of fury
1 BGS

After speaking to the seller via PM on PA he seems legit and not in a hurry to sell the account at all, just wants to get rid of it soon. The pace of our conversations is not fast at all. But, for $250.00 is this a deal that is worth it, or just something to good to be true?

99.9% chance it will get recovered back. Sorry, but that's the reality with account buying/selling.

I've seen this account on PA some how or another. Idk if he's on sythe or not, but I did see this acc. The whips is what remind me of it..

It being PA doesn't make it safer I'm afraid.. PA is mainly good for sellers, buy protection isn't all that much unless it's gold or something..

I mean, after the transaction, nothing really matters. It's just safe til you actually have the account, gold, etc in your hand. After that, doesn't matter what's so ever really..

 

There are multiple level-138's on sale for $200-300. It is not often you see high level accounts like that for very cheap. Either their are lots of college students who need the extra cash, or they are scams. It is something to pay attention to though.

 

It's hard enough to find legit none staff sellers here on Sythe, so i wouldn't bet my cash on a random stranger

 

Cant you pay abit extra and receive a insurance policy?
