Account recover help.

So I've been trying to unlock a locked account I have for about 3 weeks now. All of my attempts have been denied. I wanted to do a comparison on recovering accounts, so I decided to recover all old previous accounts. I was successful in recovering ALL of them by just knowing my state, zip code, and previous passwords. This makes no sense at all that I can't recover my other account though. It is MY account created at MY house. I did not buy it. What could be the reasons for this to happen? I have included old paypal payments, runescape card Codes, and everything else including recoveries. A hacker wouldnt be able to put all this in so it stumps me why im getting denied. I honestly have no clue when i created the account though or my very first passwords. I've seen that other people are having similar issues as well.

 

You should post on the RS forums and ask for assistance. Just try and bring some attention to yourself because although its unlikely, if Jagex were able to look up your IP and match it to the accounts, they would instantly know that you are in fact the original owner.

Or you could just post there to try and see how many other players are having issues recovering their accounts aswell, and to read around and see if Jagex is aware of this problem and are implementing a fix.
