Dox is gathering information on one specific person. A lot of people used this method when recovering accounts(chessy, pugxsi, etc.)

There is no way to stop a dox, and it would be really hard for them to gain your IP without having admin access somewhere you go. (Unless you skype/msn/xbox,etc. with them) Its doubtful they can obtain and charge your CC though.

Add me on msn and I might be able to help ;)

My best suggestion is to google all your information and try to remove it from as many places as possible.

I call it building up a profile, I've done it to a few people on the net just out of curiosity to see what pops up about them. Google your user-name for example and log onto every old site you've used in the past and remove anything on there. There is still Google cache but you're better off with removing it all the same. Unless you gave it to him or he's key logging your PC, I doubt he's got access to your Credit Card.

Unfortunately this takes ages to take effect. Results will still be available on google for weeks or months.

Also usually they won't target you unless you're someone of 'value'.
They're most likely just trying to scare you.

The kid probably doesn't know how to do anything.

Best he can probably do is get maybe your facebook, country, service provider and such.
