Need clearing up on a few things

So I was just thinking about a few theoretical situations in which a Middleman scams, and what would happen.

1). Middleman scams in a RSGP -> paypal trade, after the buyer sent the paypal.

Would the buyer have the right to charge back? Would they split the losses evenly?

2). Middleman scams in RSGP -> Account trade, Would the buyer have the right to recover the account?

3). Middleman just scams in general, do the traders split losses? Does one trader take all the losses? Or does the trader that chose the MM take the losses?

 

I have 1 more to add to this not to do with MM though

If someone has made 2 accounts and 1 gets temp banned for infractions or whateva and someone looks and see's that acccount and then gets them banned for evading even if they hadnt logged onto that account since he made the 2nd account

Example

Makes account 1
Decides he doesn't like something makes account 2
Gets Temp banned on account 1
Someone Finds account 2 and gets them banned for evading. WHILE HE HASNT LOGGED ON TO THAT ACCOUNT SINCE HE MADE THE NEW ONE

 

Your example doesn't make sense.
Assuming you meant

It's not ban evasion if you're not evading a ban.

i would think both traders would split losses, is what i would sugjest.

 

I don't see why the buyer wouldn't have the right to chargeback, as he didn't receive the item he purchased, whether is fair or not. Ultimately is up to the buyer and what he decides, by using PayPal he certainly has the "right" to chargeback as he didn't receive anything, but as for sythe goes I wouldn't ban him either.
