How to be taller

Sound easy to answer the question, but what the doctor told me was that it should play sports, eat healthy and sleep quantity but at least 8 hours a day and so far I have not grown at all ... Anyone know any effective method to grow Osin finally a product that stimulates growth hormone? Thanks! and sorry if my english is to bad

I would bet you anything that you are just young and have not gone through a growth spurt yet Some people grow very gradually for many years (like I did), whereas other people seem to be short, or small, and well behind everyone else their age. And then all of a sudden, in a matter of months or half a year, but person will shoot up to be just as tall if not taller than everybody else.

Everybodies bodies are completely different and unique, and so there is no way to affectively guage how much you are going to grow, and when it is going to happen. But what the doctor told you WILL help you alot, by giving your body everything it needs to grow to its full potential. You do not fully finish growing until you are in your early 20's, so I would follow his advice regularly until you are in your 20's or atleast satisfied with your height/size.

 

Yea; basically what the doctor said, but actually stick to it unlike some people do. Eat healthy, sleep early, workout (but don't do squats and other things that press your bones down)... Running is good.

Also hanging upside down if possible. Posture is also a pretty big factor on how tall you look. Chin up. Chest out

And finally; stretches - especially spinal stretches daily will help you a little - You should look on google for some images

 

lol i am almost 19...thats the reason why i am so preocupated with it seriusly its embarrasing to be small and also with girlds... i still have sex with them but i dont feel confortable also i got a very good body becau se i go to the gym 4 times per week so i got my body ripped with an only 4% body fat.....sorryvif these theme is weird for many of you but it care me a lot..

 

Don't worry about it man, its a natural thing as a guy to be concerned about your size How tall are you exactly? I think you should still have another 3 maybe even 4 years until you are fully grown, but you are quite a bit older than I expected and so you may just have to face the fact eventually that you just aren't a tall guy.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with that though, and you shouldn't be too preoccupied with it because there is alot of things that you still DO have, like your body which you said is in very good shape. And you could always be tiny in other places which would be a much bigger issue Just follow the doctors advice and give it a few more years. Just try and be as healthy as possible and get lots of exercise and let your body grow itself out.

 

I measure 1.69.. also doctor isnt sure that i will continue growing in fact my age and probably my bones....i want to proove any product that contains gh but wanted recomendations of products also which product is real effective .... before i buy it.

 

I would study growth hormone very carefully before you just start taking anything like that. It won't necessarily make you grow taller at all, but it could fuck a lot of things up in your body or throw things out of whack.

I know a few short guys.. two of my best friends are twins actually, born 6 minutes apart. But its really weird because they looked very much alike for many years, then after puberty one of them got really big and beefy and the other one stayed really small and hairy lol. But the smaller one has a personality thats like 10x his brother... hes an artist, and just a completely lovable guy, totally a character and hes just so funny. I mean his brother is awesome too, but my point is that he makes up for what he lacks in size with a wicked personality.

And the ladies don't mind that hes short either, hes got girls all over him Just go your smaller girls if you have to.

 

You have to realize, genetics plays a large factor in growth. It something you must come and expect.

My suggestion about growth hormone is, you should not take it; hormone causes something called Homeostasis, therefore, when you inject growth hormone, the body will no longer be in homeostasis, which causes it to cause abnormal growth or underproduction of other hormones. Your body is a finely tuned machine and anything you put in the body has an effect. Be weary of this fact before considering it. Also, growth hormone is something that must be injected by your doctor so if your doctor says it's fine, then it most likely is. If you are getting the GH in the balck market, then no, you are not fine.

Also, girls don't give a shit how tall you are.

 

Don't worry about your height, seems you've got a lot more to offer to make up for it All you gotta do is to ACCEPT that this is what you are always going to be.

There is some type of acupuncture which COULD make you around 1-4 inches taller, however, it might not work and it costs like £30-$50 ish per hour and if it doesn't work, it's a hell of a lot of money to lose.

Be happy with how you are tbh, otherwise, you'll never be happy.

Unless you want to spend a ton of money breaking your legs and taking forever to heal....I've accepted my 5'10" height and I'm 25.

 

Shouldn't really worry about your height. During school I was tiny and I never had a problem with it but over this year I've grown taller by loads and I'm a lot bigger than most people I know now. Just maintain a good healthy diet, sleep well like the doctor said and you may just go on a spurt like I did. Only problem with me been taller now is that I look very skinny, lol.
