Explanation of the trade: i had 9033m i was looking to get rid of for spk gold. we struck a deal on a spk account plus 4500k spk bags for 7500m and he would cash me out on the 1533m for $275 btc.
How they scammed: hes yet to pay me the btc and also removed the bags from the account before giving me the log in information. i previously bought a spk account from him and his discord smoothly were we called and screen shared the log in process with one of his workers but this time the owner himself just sent the details and that was is. i logged into the account and it has an empty bank and the account was insta banned due to them trading the wealth off.

adding to this. the 1533m did get paid out in btc but respectfully he scammed the 7.5b and he knows it. he also bypassed the discord call / screeshare login proto-call that his worker says they have for protection. deliberately scammed.

 

I would like to clarify what happened regarding the account and the 450T transaction.

The first time this person purchased 75T with an account, we made a video call with him to confirm whether the money was actually on the account or not. We did this because he was not a seller we knew, and we wanted to make sure everything was legitimate. Everything went smoothly during that transaction.

The second time, he purchased a larger amount, which was 450T with an account. I gave him the account with the 450T on it and sent him screenshots showing the chat, the account, and the GP on the account so that the buyer could confirm that the money was there.

The person who was selling the 450T to me is someone I trust and consider like a brother. I sent the account to him as part of the transaction.

However, this person is now claiming that I scammed him and that there was nothing on the account. I do not understand this claim. I have asked him to provide a screenshot proving that the account had no GP on it, but he refuses to provide any proof. He also refuses to close or otherwise resolve the account issue if, as he claims, there is nothing on the account.

I want to make it clear that I confirm that the account had 450T on it when I delivered it. I also have the screenshots and conversation history showing the account and the GP that was on it.

After he told me there was nothing on the account, 30 minutes later I saw that he was still playing on it.

I would appreciate it if the Sythe.org staff could review the evidence, including the screenshots and conversation history, and determine what happened.

Also adding on, your worker confirmed the first transaction was from a trusted source and was also someone you guy knew and could trust it wasn’t a random
Person I even asked that and can upload another screenshot of this. Like I said you randomly changed the buying process to just providing details instead of doing a discord call. Any other information that’s needed please let me know.

 

Anyone can provide a screenshot with funds on the account it also takes 2 seconds for you to remove it. That’s why we always resorted to a screen recorded call on discord for safety like I did just hours before with one of your workers on a separate transaction.
