Which runescape gold sellers/power levelers/account sellers and so on have the best affiliate programs?

I am making a runescape related site (not gonna go too in depth because I don't want anyone as competition ) and I think its gonna pop off.

Very low comp, faily high search volume; the perfect micro niche. Lol ok... I'm hyping it up a bit but come on, whats the best affiliate program?

Is PlayerAuctions good?

I've heard some of these afilliate programs don't pay out and nothing pisses me off more haha...
