Many years ago now - I scammed approximately $137. I accept responsibility for that decision. The amount and the time that has passed do not excuse it.

The debt was repaid, with confirmation from Program in the original report and documentation in my previous pardons.

I want to keep my previous disclosures on record: RuneScape luring from around 2014 until early 2023, including persuading players to purchase gold before luring them and using false promises of joining a luring team; DDoS involvement around 2016; shared account/device access; and past off-site service delays, where orders were ultimately fulfilled or refunded. Doxing (2014-2018), I also took responsibility for one of my friends off-site scam's of the value of 40B RS3 GP in 2023 (repaid via USD in 2024, staff can contact me for evidence of repayment) [context of this, one of my suppliers scammed one of my customers; using my vouch to gain trust - I repaid the customer in full over a few months for the amount of roughly $1,000.], OldSchool RuneScape Luring for 1 week in the summer of 2026 (no Sythe members were lured, just random strangers found in the GE on PVP) - I found a unseen to the public lure method and used it to lure until it got patched a week later. [trading a at the time but now patched - 1 click teleport item to people in the mid ge on PVP, they'd click it and get teleported into a dangerous zone; then pked for their items.] (Sold all profits to Chicks, and a few other traders on Sythe. [staff can contact me for proof of this if requested.] {I don't believe in game luring is against Sythe.org rules, or at-least last I checked it wasn't; but figured this was worth adding to be transparent.}

I stopped professionally luring full time in early 2023. I recognize that these actions harmed people and gave staff reasons to question my character, regardless of whether those people were Sythe members. The fuller details remain in my sixth pardon, and I will answer any further questions openly.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

Hello Sythe staff and anyone else who may read this,

This is my seventh pardon, roughly six months after my last denial.

Looking back at my previous submission, I spent too much time comparing myself to other traders, discussing other people’s conduct, and arguing that my business success should justify approval. I also suggested that another denial would be unfair. That was defensive, and I apologize. My conduct is what I need to answer for.

I scammed someone and later repaid them. Repayment was my responsibility; it did not erase the breach of trust. My luring history also involved deliberately misleading people for money. I understand why rebuilding confidence in me requires more than a repaid debt or a well-written appeal.

Since my last pardon, I have sold over 1,000 additional accounts while maintaining very high customer feedback. As-well as held over $50,000+ of other suppliers inventory & funds, and kept payout tabs payed out on time; and to my knowledge, have no outstanding debt. To the best of my knowledge, I am now the largest bulk supplier of RS3 accounts in the market. I understand that this is my own assessment, rather than an independently verified ranking. For context though: I currently have about 1700 RS3, and 700 OSRS accounts in inventory; and partially listed, spread across 7 different platforms & stores.

I mention this because it gives staff an ongoing record of how I handle responsibility. I keep transaction records, communicate with customers, and handle problems through the relevant platform’s dispute and refund procedures. I can provide supporting order records and examples of resolved issues privately if needed.

I have continued building under the same public identities and returning through the pardon process. I want to participate in Sythe again and rebuild my standing through how I conduct myself.

I am sorry to the person I scammed and to the people harmed by my past behavior. I am asking staff to consider whether my conduct since then demonstrates lasting change. I understand that approval is your decision, and I will respect the outcome.
