Ouch /: damn I've had good times with Ibot, looks like rs botting has nearly come to a close.

 

This just says that the lawyers are resigning as counsel, not that they are quitting.

 

and what do you expect without lawyers....

 

Hire new lawyers.

Lawyers leave or are dismissed from cases all of the time; you just have to get a new counsel.

Yah, they're not necessarily going down yet.
Will they fight though? It would be very costly to fight jagex.

 

Even if its not over yet and they are just hiring new lawyers or something, I highly doubt Ibot will fight a lengthy court battle with Jagex anyways. They will surely lose, and it would be an expensive and grueling fight.

 

I don't think they'd win even if they fought on.

The attorneys were fired!!!! - Probably because iBot and Jagex have reached a settlement.

The undersigned attorneys, Terry M. Sanks, Esq. and Amber N. Davis, Esq. were
directed by the Defendants to cease working on this case on November 3, 2011 until further
notice, including having all third party vendors to cease all work as well.

 

That and they don't understand lawyers are fired or replaced on a consistent basis usually.. It means absolutely nothing, besides that the bot won't be up before this court case is finished.
