RSexchanger Scammed 27m

RSexchanger has been offering dungeoneering services. I paid him 25M to level my dungeoneering from 26-53 and hasn't leveled me once and I tell him to pay it back but he declines.





His TOS clearly states that if I LOGGED on then he would have the right to terminate the order and not give a refund. He then blames me for "changing my password twice" when he has been the only another person that knows my password.

It says "You will not log in..." but I never did log in but he did say that I changed my password. It only says if i log in, he would terminate it, not change my password which I didn't.

A compromise was reached and a refund given - it was all just a mess of misunderstandings and problems. Thanks a bunch for the cooperation guys!
