Problems with unsubscribing from email! Need help now!!!

I am currently trying to unsubscribe from an email but when i click "resend codes" it sends me an email but it contains absolutely no codes whatsoever. This is an automated email from RuneScape in response to a request to resend all authorisation codes for pending changes to the registration status of your account.


We store no information about you other than your email address, and we will never pass this on to other companies without your consent.

I'm having the same problem; most likely a small issue with Jagex's automated e-mail system.

Fuck how do i explain this to people who buy my accounts ): Could i switch emails on the acc to theirs?

 

You could sign their emails up to the account so it would be able to work during a recovery attempt via email. Not sure if this removes your email in the process, or just has 2 emails able to recover the account.

 

you can easily change the email to another but you can't take it off anymore.

simple answer, they want accounts to always have registered emails.

 

I was struggling with this the other day when I was selling an account... I don't think its even possible to remove the e-mails the same way it used to. In every message I got, it would say something like "You do not need to unsubscribe from this message".

I ended up just changing the e-mail to the person's buying the account after he decided to just pay me up front. It sucks though, its kind of a huge inconvenience.
