Tell me what this means get 200m

Ok so ive been trying to recover my account now over 20 appeals. all denied . but what i dont get is i submit an recovery it gets denied for passwords then next one i send with same passwords and stuff it gets denied for subscription and so on keeps changing what does this mean????????

 

its a joke the same as happend to me lately, i submitted two appeals both identicle, one came back with previous passwords, other with creation details. Its all a sham

explain in 'other details' that you've moved or that your submitting this appeal from a diffrent location to your original i.p

 

they dont read the appeal themself isnt a bot

 

Different staff process the applications often. They won't want to spam the page full of what you got wrong so they just put an obvious one. You're obviously not the creator of the account - jagex might make bad update decisions but they are not stupid

if the reason keeps changing, try mixing the old passes, give creation ip and exact date of creation if possible, also put in old recoveries. When I tried to recover my first ever acc I had only succeed from like 15th time, the reason kept changing, so I guess it means you're close.

Try to include as many details as you can remember, even if they are really old.

 

If you're the original owner of the account, you should have no problem recovering it back.

 

ip does matter in some cases.

 

put your first password you used to make the account, then a random one you had changed to somewhere in time, then the most recent (the one before it got hacked) if your the original owner or got the correct recovery info then you should have no problem with this. Also avoid the subscription part unless you used a credit card to renew your membership.

 

This is it. I have an account from 03 and I had the hardest time recovering it, but once you get it once, you'll be able to get it every time with the same info.

 

add everything yyou can to the additional details thing.

anything you think was a password, any old ip's or isp's. shit like that.

 

Try to do it from the ip that you created the account on. I have not played recently so am unaware of the potential Jagex sham, but that always worked for me, usually without even needing to input too many other details.

 

Check the box that says have you moved? And put the month and year you moved.

 

Fagex don't even read half the appeals.
